This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made from Doddle Electric Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company having CIN U34300MH2021PTC360534 and incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, hereinafter referred to as “Doddle”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
This policy explains how we process, dispatch, ship, and deliver products purchased through our website or other official sales channels.
By placing an order with Doddle, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
2. Order Processing
Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team will begin processing the order.

Product availability check
Quality inspection before dispatch
Packaging and handover to logistics partner
Orders are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on product availability, order volume, and delivery location.
In case of any delay in processing, our team may contact you through phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
3. Shipping Timeline
The estimated delivery timeline may vary depending on the delivery address, product type, logistics partner, and serviceability of the location.
Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
For remote areas, outstation locations, or areas with limited courier serviceability, delivery may take additional time.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Courier or logistics delays
Public holidays
Weather conditions
Natural calamities
Strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions
Incorrect or incomplete address details
High order volume during promotional periods
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated based on the product, delivery location, order value, packaging requirements, and logistics costs.

Doddle reserves the right to offer free shipping, discounted shipping, or promotional shipping benefits at its sole discretion.
5. Delivery Locations
We currently ship products across India through trusted courier, transport, and logistics partners, subject to serviceability.
If your location is not serviceable by our standard logistics partners, our team may contact you to discuss alternate delivery options.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other available communication channel.
You may use the tracking details to check the status of your shipment directly with the logistics partner.
In case tracking details are not updated immediately, please allow some time for the logistics partner’s system to reflect the latest shipment status.
7. Delivery Attempt
Our logistics partner will attempt to deliver the order to the shipping address provided by you.
If the delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refusal to accept delivery, or any other customer-related reason, the shipment may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping may be subject to additional charges.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.
Doddle will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible.
9. Product Inspection at Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, you may refuse delivery and immediately inform us.
If the product is received in damaged condition, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or videos of:
Outer packaging
Shipping label
Damaged product
Invoice, if applicable
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
10. Delayed Delivery
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, Doddle shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics partners, external circumstances, or events beyond our reasonable control.
In case of delay, our team will assist you in coordinating with the logistics partner and provide available updates regarding your shipment.
11. Bulk Orders or Special Orders
For bulk orders, corporate orders, dealership orders, or customized requirements, shipping timelines and charges may differ from standard orders.
Such timelines and charges will be communicated separately at the time of order confirmation.
12. Return to Origin
If an order is returned to Doddle due to failed delivery, incorrect address, customer refusal, non-availability, or any other customer-related reason, we may contact you for re-delivery.
Re-dispatch of such orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.
If the customer chooses to cancel the order after return to origin, refund eligibility will be subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
